Answers to questions we get all the time
Do I need a CNPJ?
No. You create the company without it and add it later. The CNPJ is only used to fetch registry data and for the subscription invoice.
I already pay Premium. Will I pay twice?
No. Business includes Premium on your personal profile while the license is active. If you subscribe to Plus for other profiles, it keeps covering only them.
Does the accountant pay?
No. Every company has one free accountant seat, read-only with export. A second accountant takes a regular seat.
Does it issue invoices or bank slips?
Yes. You issue invoices, bank slips and charges with Pix or bank slip from the company account. Transfers and withdrawals are included. Bill payments and DDA come next.
Does it work in the app?
Yes. The company shows up in the app to enter bills, see cash and get reminders. Company creation, team and billing live on Despezzas Web.
What if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Data stays available for reading and export; only writing and Business features are locked.
Does my Plus business profile become a company?
Yes, in one click. Transactions, accounts and connections stay where they are and members move to the company team.
